Summary

Join the prestigious Royal College of Art (RCA) as a Prospect Research & Pipeline Manager within our dedicated Advancement & Alumni Team. With a strong sense of collegiality and a commitment to innovation, the RCA is seeking a motivated individual to support and enhance our fundraising efforts, focusing on managing research and the prospect pipeline. This role is based in Kensington and benefits from hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing a clear prospect strategy with the Director and Associate Director of Advancement & Alumni to support the College’s fundraising plans.
Proactively identify potential donors and conduct thorough strategic research while adhering to ethical standards.
Line-manage the Prospect Research Associate and Advancement Officer (Database)
Produce detailed reports and high-quality briefings for fundraisers and senior College leadership.
Assist in managing fundraising portfolios for active fundraisers.
About you:

If you have demonstrable experience managing research programmes and are skilled in using relational databases for data management and analysis we would love to hear from you. Line management experience and a strong sense of collegiate working are essential.
