An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates Compliance and Scheduling Lead to join our Estates team reporting to our Head of Estates. The Estates team work across all of our sites to ensure safe, comfortable and operational environments.



As an Estates Compliance and Scheduling Lead with Stockton Riverside College you will be responsible for development and implementation of scheduling, planning and communicating works to support preventative and planned maintenance and reactive works, facilitating collation and storage of health, safety and compliance documentation. Gathering quotes and raising PO’s for works.

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT, problem solving skills, the ability to work to high levels or accuracy and attention to detail, confident communication skills and be willing to learn and develop. Experience in FM or Safety Management systems is desirable.

The role covers all sites within The Etc., compromising of Stockton Riverside, Redcar and Cleveland, NETA and Bede Sixth Form Colleges. To support the role minimum travel will maybe required to all sites. Candidates with Hard Services FM knowledge and experience and some Health and Safety will excel in this role. Full system training will be provided.
