The Role:
To provide a quality service and adhere to the company’s environmental objectives. The daily receipt and issue of all equipment, consumables and spare parts through the company stores.
Job responsibilities:
Run daily reports to replenish stock holdings for field engineers and customer site stocks.
Pick, pack and despatch parcels including online booking on the parcel carrier website.
Cross check on the carrier website to confirm that the delivery is completed.
Updating the transit of the goods on the computer system.
Unpack inbound deliveries of goods and cross checking the accuracy and reporting and discrepancies.
Booking goods onto the computer system and putting the goods onto the shelves/racking in the warehouse.
Conduct rolling stock checks on warehouse locations and process.
Assist with field engineer and customer site stock checks including processing.
Communicate with field staff to assist with stock anomalies, investigate and resolve accordingly.
Load purchase orders onto various systems
Essential Job Requirements:
Enthusiasm for a successful career in stores & warehousing
Good communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise
Common sense
Good PC skills is essential
