Summary

Business Psychologist

Regional Office Worker - Site based & Homeworking + Organised Travel to London

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual with a strong interest in neurodiversity in the workplace. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a growing field. You will provide specialist support to neurodiverse employees throughout the Access to Work process, including supporting them in their application process and deliver professional services such as coaching and training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist neurodiverse employees with completing Access to Work applications.
  • Prepare employees for Access to Work assessments, including discussing potential adjustments and support services.
  • Help employees understand their access to work reports and access recommended support.
  • Review access to work order forms and match them to appropriate internal services or clinicians.
  • Support delivery of neurodiversity services, including 1:1 workplace strategy coaching and awareness training to small groups.
  • Occasional UK travel required.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • BSc and/or MSc in Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in neurodiversity or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Access to Work process, requirements, and workplace adjustments for neurodiversity.
  • 2-3 years of experience in neurodiversity workplace strategy coaching.

Desirable:

  • Strong knowledge of potential workplace adjustments for mental health and physical disabilities.
  • Experience delivering neurodiversity awareness training to small groups on a range of topics.
