Workforce are currently working with a busy, growing fabrication company in Redditch who are looking for a skilled Welder Fabricator to join their team.
If you’re experienced in MIG & TIG welding, love working with mild steel and aluminium, and take pride in producing high-quality, precise work, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ MIG & TIG welding of mild steel & aluminium
✅ Reading & fabricating from technical drawings
✅ Producing top-quality components to tight tolerances
✅ Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
✅ Working with a motivated team to hit production targets
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven MIG/TIG welding experience
✔ Experience with mild steel & aluminium
✔ Able to read technical drawings
✔ Attention to detail & quality focused
✔ Reliable, flexible, and a great team player
