Imagine working in a multi-discipline hospital that operates 24/7, 365 days a year, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including CT and dental x-ray. You'll be surrounded by a large team of 23 RVNs and 4 PCAs, including certificate holders and specialists, ensuring you have ample support and camaraderie. Your professional development is a priority here, with generous funding for CPD to help you reach your full potential.
The role calls for an enthusiastic and committed RVN. While a particular interest in nurse clinics is desirable, we are looking for someone equally comfortable in ward and theatre settings. You will enjoy a balanced work schedule, covering 40 hours per week across four 10-hour shifts between 07:30 and 19:30. Part-time applications are also welcome. The rota includes 1 in 6 weekends, with lieu time provided, and no night shifts, thanks to our dedicated nights team.
In this small animal hospital, known for its high exotic case load, you will experience a variety of tasks, rotating through theatre, ward, nurse clinics, and dispensing/admitting/discharge shifts.
