About the Role
The Best Connection are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Embroidery Machine Operator to join our clients production team in the Huddersfield Area. You will be responsible for operating multi-head embroidery machines (Barudan and Happy) to produce high-quality logos, monograms, and designs on various textiles. Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Setup: Select and load the correct threads, needles, and bobbins according to job specifications.
  • Hooping & Loading: Expertly hoop garments and fabrics to ensure perfect alignment and design placement.
  • Production Monitoring: Oversee machine runs, adjusting tension and troubleshooting thread breaks or needle issues on the fly.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products for stitching precision, trimming loose threads, and ensuring client specifications are met.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and minor troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience operating industrial embroidery machinery preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with embroidery software is a major plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail, colour matching, and design placement.
  • Physical Ability: Must be comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consistency: Ability to maintain high-quality standards across large production runs.
