If you do then the Surgical Directorate is currently looking for Health Care Support Workers for an exciting role on Ward B2
Our focus is on providing safe and exceptionally skilled surgical care to our patients. We focus heavily on training, education, staff support and development; alongside collaborative working with our Consultants and other professionals. We consider ourselves a dedicated, supportive team, who welcome learners and those wishing to grow their skills and knowledge.
We deliver high quality care to patients with complex needs and multiple co-morbidities, we are a forward-thinking directorate and wards, We always put our patients first.
We strive towards improving our services to meet the ever changing needs of our patients, the workforce and the systems of the future.
We need Health Care Support Workers that are highly motivated and passionate about the contribution they make to safe and compassionate patient care, their working environment and colleagues. We are a strong and happy team...so why not come and join us!

2x full time, fully flexible positions available 37.5hours a week, and 1x 34.5hour a week position, also fully flexible i.e. may require working nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
