Crynodeb

We are looking for a motivated, conscientious and efficient individual who is customer focused, is able to take initiative and is able to work to tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
You must have a passion for working for vulnerable customers in a fast paced working environment and be able to use your initiative to resolve complex situations.
You must have previous experience of working in an office/administration environment, with an understanding of the service are and also have experience of delivering services ensuring excellent customer experiences.
An NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification, skills and experience is essential.
