As a Systems Trainer, you'll play a vital role in supporting our people to use our digital systems confidently and effectively. You'll design and deliver engaging training that empowers colleagues across multiple sites, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to provide seamless, high-quality services for our patients and customers.
Your responsibilities will include:

Designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training for digital systems across clinical and non-clinical teams

Creating engaging learning materials, including e-learning content, user guides, videos, and blended learning resources

Supporting system implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects through tailored training packages

Assessing training needs and adapting content to meet the requirements of diverse user groups

Providing ongoing support, coaching, and troubleshooting for system users

Ensuring training documentation is accurate, up to date, and accessible * Collaborating with project teams, system owners, and operational leaders to drive successful adoption of new technologies * Evaluating training effectiveness and embedding a culture of continuous learning and system improvement
To succeed as our Systems Trainer, you'll bring:

Experience delivering systems training within a complex, multi-site environment

Strong instructional design skills with the ability to simplify technical information for different audiences

Confident presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtually

Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and gain buy-in during periods of change

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
-
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Experience in healthcare, digital transformation, or similar environments is advantageous

Familiarity with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and digital training technology is desirable
