This is a key role for a collaborative and driven individual, who is motivated by impact and excited by a varied role that will directly support the growth and sustainability of our services. You will be joining the team at an exciting time, as we review and extend our core offer to meet the needs of key staff groups and roll out our strategy. As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year. Job Opportunity In this role, you will design and deliver learning, content, workshops and resources in line with agreed curriculum and frameworks for key cohorts of staff to support delivery of the organisational strategy. You will provide wrap around support for learners engaging with internal and external learning initiatives, supporting the end-to-end learner journey. This role is full time and permanent, with a salary of up to £37,000. This is a homebased role that requires regular travel across England. While national travel may be needed to deliver inperson training, the primary focus will be on locations within the South of England, therefore living in the South is preferable. Applicants must be able to work flexibly, including during evenings and other unsociable hours, as required by the needs of the role. Essential Skills We are looking for positive and motivated candidates, who have both strong communication skills and excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
