We are looking to recruit Programmer who will be responsible for build coordination, develop different data pipeline and DevOps pipeline and frameworks to support the company’s products and services. This role requires a technically proficient individual capable of DevOps technical skills as per the specifications and liaising with customers and collaborators on software-related matters. Holds commercial experience, sound Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ideally versatile team player who can undertake programmer support activities with minimal supervision. The candidate should have sound knowledge in SDLC. You should be a quick learner and self-motivated personnel having good communications skills. Engineering Degree level qualification or an NVQ Level 6 qualification with experience.
Nice to have UK master’s degree and will be an added advantage.
Salary £48K - £62K depends on experience/Qualification.


Key Skills and Job expectations:

Design, implement and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest and process OpenShift telemetry (metrics, logs, traces)
Stream telemetry through Kafka (producers, topics, schemas) and build resilient consumer services for enrichment and transformation
Engineer multi-tenant observability data models, ensuring data lineage, quality controls and SLAs across streaming layers
Integrate processed telemetry into Splunk for dashboards, analytics, alerting and operational insights
Implement schema management and governance using Avro/Protobuf, including versioning and compatibility strategies
Work with various stakeholders to identify bottleneck and other gaps in the existing product solutions and create new programs to improve the functionality
Work with clients, product owners’ other stakeholders to build programs to improve existing solutions.
Build automated validation, replay and backfill mechanisms to ensure data reliability and recovery
Instrument services using Open Telemetry, standardising tracing, metrics and structured logging
Apply LLMs to enhance observability, such as query assistance, anomaly summarisation and runbook generation
Collaborate with Platform, SRE and Application teams to align telemetry, alerts and SLOs
Ensure pipelines meet security, compliance and best-practice standards
Produce clear documentation covering data flows, schemas, dashboards and operational runbooks
Create different data pipelines to framework components in cloud, build and support migration to GitHub using CICD pipelines using AzureDevops.
Should have working experience and strong technical skills on various CICD tools and software.

This job is fully remote but on need basis to attend our location or client locations.
