About this Role
In this role, you’ll deliver inclusive, engaging lessons that support learners’ progress and confidence. You’ll use a range of teaching and assessment methods, work closely with colleagues and keep accurate records. You’ll also help create a positive, supportive learning environment while continuing to develop your own practice through ongoing professional development.
About You
-Experience in FE or similar teaching/training environment.
-Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject.
-PGCE, DTLLS or CertEd (or willingness to work towards one).
-GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/Level 2 or willingness to complete.
-Willing to undertake Safeguarding and Equality & Diversity training.
