A Direct Payments parent in Pembrokeshire is looking to employ a Personal Assistant to support his adult son who has additional learning needs. He is looking for a personal assistant for respite 140 hours over the year. Experience with epilepsy would be an advantage. This post is funded through the Direct Payments scheme, which aims to enable the client to manage their support and meet their care needs independently. The successful applicant should be friendly and supportive and be able to work flexibly to meet the care needs of the client. They should be
