We are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our agency team, delivering vital support to care homes across the Stourport-on-Severn area.
**Shifts Available
Day Shifts:
- Long Day: 07:30am – 19:30pm
- Early: 07:30am – 13:30pm
- Late: 13:30pm – 19:30pm
Flexibility to work across the above shift patterns is preferred to meet the varying needs of our care home clients. As this is agency work, availability for last-minute shifts is highly desirable.
You will be supporting adults who require assistance with daily living and personal care. We are seeking compassionate, reliable individuals who are passionate about adult social care and motivated to build a long-term, rewarding career in the sector.

Key Responsibilities
1. Promote and encourage residents’ independence
2. Conduct regular safety and wellbeing checks
3. Provide high-quality personal care tailored to individual needs
4. Support residents during mealtimes, including feeding and preparing light snacks
5. Safely operate manual handling equipment when required
6. Complete daily documentation, including care plans, meal records, and personal care logs
7. Develop positive and meaningful relationships with residents and colleagues
Requirements
1. Minimum of 6 months’ UK care experience (essential)
2. Competent in the use of manual handling equipment (essential)
3. Strong written and verbal English communication skills (essential)
4. Ability to work effectively under pressure
5. Positive, professional, and reliable attitude
6. Right to work in the UK (essential)
