We have an exciting opportunity for a talented, dynamic, and committed teacher of A Level English Language to join our Sixth Form team at Loughborough College Group.

The College is experiencing growth and application numbers for Sixth Form are at an all time high. We are therefore looking for an exceptional individual to join our distinctive educational setting.

You will deliver inspirational and effective teaching, learning and assessment to ensure all students are supported to succeed through the delivery of high quality and challenging learning experiences. Progress will be monitored to ensure aspirational target grades are met or exceeded, with swift and effective interventions put in place to address any underperformance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering A Level English Language to Year 12 and Year 13 students, and will be expected to make significant contributions to the outcomes of the area. You will have experience of delivering the OCR English Language specification.

A relevant degree is essential and applicants must have extensive A Level teaching experience, and preferably already hold a teaching qualification. You will also have strong interpersonal and organisational skills and work effectively both in a large team and as an individual.

We are looking for candidates who will work to build on successful outcomes within Sixth Form and embrace exciting and innovative modes of delivery, so you must be confident with digital technologies and remote classrooms.
