Your Day-to-Day Provide strong & effective leadership Be responsible for the overall running & strategic direction of the service Ensure full compliance with Cygnet policies & procedures, CQC & other relevant regulators Deliver a high-quality service, in respect of both patient care & employee engagement Ensure all clinical, budgetary, regulatory & service development targets are met Implement risk assessment, risk management & embed clinical governance Lead on appropriate investigations as required Review & develop potential opportunities for improved quality & commercial growth. You are Experienced in managing & leading a team in a Social Care setting A role model & team player who can lead by example, inspire & develop others Capable of managing performance effectively & using your own initiative Experienced in working to CQC guidelines, relevant legislation & professional regulations Able to undertake investigations & to manage complaints confidently & appropriately.
