The community served is multi-ethnic and culturally diverse and we welcome applicants who are skilled at working with the richness and complexity of this multicultural context.

We are looking for a dynamic and organised professional to deliver evidence based treatments to Luton children and young people and the system around them. The role will encompass clinical, professional and developmental aspects, requiring the post holder to work in close collaboration with multi-disciplinary colleagues. The successful post holder will provide assessment, formulation and evidence based therapeutic intervention to children, young people and families accessing the service. We are looking for practitioners with strong core clinical skills in child and adolescent mental health and additional training and experience in providing evidence based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT or IPT-A.

The successful post holder will provide input into the E&B pathway, a specialist child and adolescent mental health service for young people and their families who have complex mental health needs. Our mission is to make a positive difference to people's lives by improving the quality of life for all we serve. Our values are: We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive – so we are looking for people who live and breathe these qualities when supporting service users and carers, and in their relationships with colleagues in the Trust and our partner organisations.

There are also frequent new developments in the service, offering staff the chance to work at a higher banding during the time of the project.
