Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily routines, prioritising each child’s well-being and ensuring their individual needs are met
Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and collaborative environment
Required Skills & Experience
A genuine passion for helping children grow and develop, with a commitment to providing high-quality childcare
Creativity, enthusiasm, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to think creatively and develop engaging activities
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
Early years qualifications (preferred but not essential), with a willingness to learn and develop professional skills
