We’re a friendly private women’s health clinic in Cardiff looking for a Phlebotomist / Clinic Assistant to join our small, supportive team on a 7-month maternity cover contract.
This is a varied, patient-facing role combining phlebotomy with chaperoning and general clinic administration.
The role includes:
• Performing venepuncture and handling samples
• Acting as a chaperone during consultations and procedures
• Answering phones and booking appointments
• General reception and administrative duties
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
About you:
• Confident and competent in phlebotomy
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with women patients
• Organised, reliable, and happy to multitask
• Previous clinic or healthcare experience preferred
What we offer:
• Full-time hours, however will consider part time
• 7-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover)
• Pay £12.21 per hour – this will increase in April, when new minimum wage is announced
• On site parking
• A friendly, respectful working environment in a specialist clinic
