Key Responsibilities
Provide daily care, emotional support, and guidance to children and young people
Promote independence and support the development of essential life skills
Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver consistent, high-quality care

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred but not essential)
