Elite Personnel are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded company who are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.

This opportunity would suit a payroll professional who enjoys working within a multi-company payroll environment and takes pride in delivering an accurate, compliant, and client-focused service.



Working Hours

3 days per week: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
5 hours per day
Core hours: 10:00am – 2:00pm
The remaining hour per day can be agreed flexibly with the successful candidate


Key Responsibilities

Processing multiple client payrolls across weekly and monthly cycles using BrightPay
Managing payroll data including timesheets, starters, leavers, variable pay, and statutory payments
Ensuring PAYE, RTI submissions, and statutory deductions are completed accurately and on time
Producing payroll documentation such as payslips, P45s, P60s, and reports
Supporting clients with payroll queries in a professional and timely manner
Setting up new PAYE schemes and workplace pension schemes
Administering auto-enrolment duties and pension contributions
Maintaining accurate payroll records and resolving discrepancies
Keeping up to date with UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements
Assisting with general payroll and administrative tasks as required


Essential Experience & Skills

Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a multi-company payroll environment
Use of BrightPay
High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional approach to client service
Comfortable managing deadlines and working independently within a small team
