Mechanical Maintenance Engineer x 2 - Stratford, East London - Up to £50,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Stratford, East London. My client is looking for 2 x Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to be based in a unique commercial estate in Stratford, East London. The successful candidates will be Mechanically biased (C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical site (i.e. Bank, Blue chip office etc). Working with the large maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following.

In return the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 + overtime, further training and career progression.

- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting
- Plate heat exchangers
- Pumps
- Closed Water Systems
- Hydraulics and Pneumatics
- HVAC
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- BMS Systems
- UPS Systems

Hours of work

- Monday to Friday
- 07:00 - 16:00 / 10:00 - 19:00
- Plenty of Overtime
- 25 Days Holiday + 1 Day for Birthday
- Parking on Site

Requirements

- City & Guilds - Level 2 Mechanical minimum
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer skills
