Summary
Art and/or Design Technology Teacher – Barnoldswick
Humly is recruiting an Art and/or Design Technology Teacher to join a secondary school on a temporary basis until the summer term.
This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis and would suit a confident secondary teacher who can deliver engaging lessons within Art and/or DT. The position is paid to scale from day one, providing consistency for both staff and pupils.
What You’ll Be Doing
Plan and deliver high-quality Art and/or Design Technology lessons across the curriculum
Engage and inspire pupils through creative and practical activities
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment
Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work and resources
What You’ll Bring
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in secondary teaching
Proven ability to teach Art and/or Design Technology to a range of abilities
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
Enthusiasm for promoting creativity and practical skills
Commitment to safeguarding and supporting all pupils’ development
Pay
Paid to scale from day one: £168.80 – £232.57 per day
