Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

The Senior Trust Education Director for Inclusion will provide strategic leadership across the South Lincolnshire Academies Trust to ensure that all pupils (particularly those who are disadvantaged or facing additional barriers) receive high‑quality, inclusive support that enables them to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. This position is open to qualified teachers (QTS desirable) or highly experienced support staff already working at a senior leadership level within inclusion, SEND, safeguarding or pastoral care.

Essential Criteria

• Significant leadership experience in SEND,PP,inclusionor pastoral roles.
• Deep understanding of legislation relating to the above areas.
• Key knowledge of the new Ofsted Framework in relation to Inclusion
• Strong communication, coaching and relational skills.
• Ability to lead teams
• Proven track record of improvement and impact in your leadership role
• Ability to analyse data and drive strategic improvement.
• Leadership experience in whole school strategies.

Desirable Criteria

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• NASENCoqualification.
• Training in mental health leadership ortrauma-informedpractice.
• Experience leadingTrust wideormultischoolinitiatives.
