What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:

• Can deliver high quality teaching and learning.
• Has a good understanding of the curriculum and assessment
• Can deliver specific support to raise the attainment of under-performing children and groups
• Can confidently cover a whole class on an occasional, short-term basis
• Can enthuse, motivate and engage children in all areas of learning
• Is committed to high standards and able to assist in planning, preparation and delivery of lessons
• Can work independently to deliver, monitor and evaluate the success of interventions
• Can keep detailed notes on progress and attainment
• Is able to work effectively as part of a team
• Has excellent communication skills and is committed to building positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff
• Will be willing to contribute to the broader life of the school community

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full Time, 32.5 hours per week

Number of Positions: 1

Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification or experience

Start Date: as soon as pre employment checks have cleared.

Salary: £26,403 per annum pro rata (£20,603 pre deductions for tax, NI and pension)
