What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a Head of Year to join our Extended Leadership Team at The Spires College. The successful candidate will start as Head of Year 7 and will stay with their year group throughout the students’ first five years at the College.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring teacher who is looking for ready for the next step in their career. It would suit an ambitious teacher who has established themselves as an excellent classroom practitioner with strong interpersonal skills and is now seeking the opportunity to further progress in their career.
