Your new company are a highly ambitious PE-backed law firm who've been recognised as one of the best places to work in the UK.
Your new role
In your new role you will analyse current and historical financial data and performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning. Monitor KPI's and deliver actionable financial insights. You will perform variance analysis between actual results and budgets or forecasts whilst providing financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions. You will support with the budgeting process. You will prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, consolidate Group results and deliver clear, meaningful financial insights.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with 2-5 years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis position. You will have strong knowledge of financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis techniques. Proficiency in Excel, financial software, and BI tools is essential, as are excellent analytical, problem solving, and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. The role also requires the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely to stakeholders, and an understanding of GAAP or IFRS accounting principles is a plus.
