Job Description:
As a Food Production Operative at Merville Barracks, Circular Road South, Colchester, Essex CO2 7UTin the Central Production Unit you will be providing food for the finishing kitchens. You'll interact with our clients and colleagues every day, improving quality of life for all that you meet. Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. KeyResponsibilities:
- Be responsible for preparing and portioningfoodin a large manufacturing environmentwith care and attention.
- Food preparation forbaguettes, salads and protein pots
- To maintain food production standards
- Ensuring the areas you are working in are kept to a hygienic level of cleanliness
- Maintain high levels of food hygiene standards
What You’ll Need:
- Great communication skills with a great attention to detail
- Positive attitude, professionalism and respect for others
- Basic food-handling skills
- Food assistant experience would be beneficial
- Level 2 food safety
