Crynodeb
Act as a mentor and supervisor to Trainees and identify development needs through the use of feedback and discussion, creating an environment of support and growth. To assist in the recruitment of new staff and the maintenance of a cohesive workforce. To promote reflective practice within the team. To assist in the delivery of core and specialist training to staff on a range of subjects relating to clinical speciality. To facilitate the development of problem solving skills for all staff within the scope of the in-house training and clinical skills workshops. To support and assist the student training within the team and be involved in the continued development of the in-house training program. To provide training as required to other staff groups and students on specific techniques. As an experienced practitioner provide specialist training in all areas of clinical expertise and service area, acting as an effective role model.
