The role of clinical support worker is a crucial part of the nursing team. The ward compromises of pre and post operative patients who requires a level of support with their hygiene needs, mobility, but with the scope to empower self care and promote independence and area for health promotion. You will support in the general infection prevention measure in team including decluttering and cleaning the ward environment. Assistance for patients who require mobility support and effective meal service. Requirement to have good communication skills to allow professional interactions with the patients, their families and the nursing staff.
