Crynodeb
The main duties of your job will include. Running nurse-led clinics, Chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, COPD, diabetes, health promotion and lifestyle advice, Cervical screening, Immunisations and vaccinations, Contraceptive services - Depo, Supporting QOF and PCS priorities, Maintaining accurate clinical records, Infection prevention and control You will work to Patient Group Directions, agreed protocols, within an evidence base and within defined competencies. The Practice Nurse will assess patients and plan, implement and review treatment programmes. Please note this is list is not exhaustive.
