MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy and Transformation -Lead the development of Private Cares clinical services strategy to include both improvement and growth initiatives Service Development and Improvement-Champion, inspire and promote the development of a culture of continuous improvement and development within Private Care, working alongside the Divisional Leadership Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe care Clinical LeadershipSupport the delivery of exceptional patient care through visible and accountable clinical leadership, with overall responsibility for the Private Cares operational delivery of clinical care, safety, quality and governance and patient experience Operational Management Be responsible for the effective performance of clinical services within Private Care against agreed KPIs and service standards Quality and Governance Lead on all matters pertaining to quality, safety and patient experience within Private Care and embed ways of working which promote high standards of safety, quality governance and improvement People Managementresponsible for the management and operations of Private Cares nursing and therapies teams and to ensure that these teams have the appropriate skills, guidance and expertise to deliver a high-quality service to the business and its stakeholders
