Annual Salary: 55,000 – 65,000 Euros

Day-to-day of the role:

Sales Revenue Management

  • Support the sales team with quotes, orders, and invoicing.
  • Accurately record and monitor all sales transactions.
  • Reconcile sales accounts and resolve discrepancies quickly.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, including issuing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.

Customer Account Management

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer account records.
  • Respond to customer queries on invoices, payments, and account issues.
  • Support credit checks, limits, and general credit control processes.
  • Manage customer details and keep the CRM database current.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the sales team to understand business needs and provide financial insights.
  • Work with customer service, logistics, and other teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline sales accounting processes.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing new systems and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent German (minimum C1 level) — this is essential for the role.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Must be based in Frankfurt am Main or the Hessen region.

Professional Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years’ experience in financial accounting, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
  • Completed training or qualification in financial accounting; a Bilanzbuchhalter certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Solid understanding of German accounting standards (HGB) and basic knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with VAT and sales tax is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong accuracy in financial reporting and data entry.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of the trading card industry is an advantage, but not required.
