Summary
Come and Join the Sense Team! We provide comprehensive training for you to excel as a Support Worker.
You will join our amazing Community Service team in the Bridgend area.
This is a casual role working as and when required to cover for another support worker when they are away - they currently provide support on a Thursday for 5 hours.
We are offering an hourly rate from £12.50 with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews/ rises.
As a Casual Community Support Worker, you will be supporting Adults with sensory impairments. These are some things you could be supporting them with in the community; supporting with correspondence, appointments, shopping and socialising. No personal care or medication is given in this role.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and a kind, respectful approach to supporting individuals in their home environment and community. They will be keen to support with a variety of community tasks. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who values making a positive impact to someone's life.
To be considered for this role we require you to have a Full UK Driving License with use of your own vehicle and business insurance.
