About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. You'll be responsible for the timely collection and delivery of customer vehicles, providing exceptional customer service throughout. This is a key role that directly impacts our customers' experience, and we're seeking someone who takes pride in their work and maintains the highest professional standards.
What You'll Be Doing
• Collecting and returning customer vehicles and courtesy cars on schedule
• Ensuring all daily vehicle collections and deliveries are completed
• Conducting pre-collection checks on courtesy vehicles to ensure cleanliness and identify any damage
• Managing all required documentation accurately and efficiently
• Liaising professionally and courteously with customers and branch staff
• Following all BS10125 processes and company standards without exception
• Going the extra mile to deliver outstanding customer service
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• A valid UK driving licence with a maximum of 3 penalty points
• No disqualifications for drink driving, drug-related driving, or dangerous driving
• A professional and presentable appearance
• Excellent communication skills – both face-to-face and over the telephone
• The ability to work confidently on your own as well as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to remain calm and focused when working under pressure
• A flexible approach and genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations
