Hello HR Adviser
We’re happy to see you’re thinking about joining us. If you’re an experienced HR Adviser who loves getting stuck in, building trusted relationships and making a real difference to people’s working lives, we’d love to hear from you.
At Futures Housing Group, our mission is simple but powerful: delivering our vision of “Providing quality homes and services for better futures”. To do that, we need brilliant HR professionals who care about people, thrive on variety and want to help move a values-driven organisation forward.
Why Futures?
We’re proud to be an organisation where flexibility, trust and collaboration aren’t just buzzwords, they’re how we work every day. You’ll be part of a supportive HR team where no two days are the same, and where you’ll have the opportunity to:
Work across the full employment lifecycle
Support managers with practical, people‑centred HR advice
Get involved in exciting projects beyond the day job
Influence new and smarter ways of working across the business
We’re also proud of our inclusive culture, with a strong focus on health, wellbeing and equality, diversity and inclusion.
About the role
You’re already a confident HR Adviser, so you know what great looks like. You’ll bring:
Strong HR knowledge and relevant / practical experience
A real sense of ownership and accountability
The confidence to roll up your sleeves and get involved
A collaborative mindset and a passion for great customer experiences
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and your HR expertise will help us deliver effortless, positive experiences for colleagues and leaders alike.
What it’s like to work here
We won’t pretend it’s quiet, we’re a fast‑paced organisation, but you’ll never be on your own. You’ll be joining a trusting and supportive team, working together to support the wider business on our Futures Journey.
We truly believe in investing in our people. Alongside agile working, you’ll enjoy benefits such as:
Ongoing learning and development opportunities
Private healthcare options
Discount schemes and more
Salary sacrifice pension and car schemes
Make a note in your diary! We’ll be holding 1st stage video meetings 27th February, and 2nd stage, face to face meetings at our touchdown point in Heanor 10th March.
