Please see the Job Description and Person Specification for further details, a summary is below: Providing high quality contraceptive and sexual health services to all patients To clinically support staff within the integrated sexual health service Within community settings the post holder will provide assessment and appropriate interventions to individuals. This should be in accordance with NICE guidance. Responsible for providing operational and clinical leadership to the sexual health multi-disciplinary team. To be responsible for the deployment, day-to-day management, supervision and co-ordination of designated staff. Be responsible for monitoring sickness, annual leave, flexitime arrangements, appraisal, personal development planning and informal disciplinary matters. To be responsible for designated staff members target setting and performance management. To deputise for the Service Manager and Operational Manager when required. Working as part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team. To offer advice, support and supervision to other health care professionals.
