As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Fabric Engineer to join our dynamic maintenance team.

As a Fabric Engineer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the fabric of our clients’ buildings. You’ll carry out a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general building fabric maintenance including carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, plastering, tiling, and minor repairs.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance requests.
- Conduct inspections and identify issues before they become major problems.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and building occupants.
- Support other engineers and trades when required.

About You:
- Proven experience in building fabric maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong multi‑trade skills (e.g., carpentry, painting, basic plumbing).
- Good understanding of health and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high‑quality work
