Summary

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation based in Guildford, Surrey, is seeking a talented Part-time Inclusion Support Mentor to join their team and help create a more inclusive and supportive environment for all.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our client's employees, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to thrive. As a Part-time Inclusion Support Mentor, you'll be responsible for a range of duties, including:
- Developing and delivering inclusive training programmes to help employees build awareness, knowledge, and skills around diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees, helping them navigate workplace challenges and develop strategies for effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborating with our client's HR and management teams to review and enhance policies, procedures, and practices to ensure they are inclusive and aligned with the organisation's values.
- Organising and facilitating employee resource groups, discussion forums, and other initiatives that promote a sense of community and belonging.
- Analysing employee feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that address the unique needs of our diverse workforce.
- Serving as a trusted advisor and advocate, championing the importance of inclusion and supporting our client's efforts to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices, as well as a proven track record of creating and delivering impactful programmes. You'll also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to navigate sensitive situations with tact and empathy, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Our client is offering a competitive daily rate of £115 - £135 for this part-time position, which will involve working 2-3 days per week in Guildford, Surrey.
