- Provide personalised support and assistance to students with special educational needs

- Facilitate inclusive activities that promote social, emotional, and academic development
- Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with parents/carers and the wider school team
- Contribute to the development and review of individual education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students
- Relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of special educational needs and the ability to adapt support accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Familiarity with relevant safeguarding policies and procedures
