Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND, ensuring they receive the individualised attention they require
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalised learning plans, in collaboration with the teaching team
- Implement targeted interventions and strategies to help students overcome learning barriers and achieve their goals
- Monitor and record students' progress, providing detailed feedback to teachers and parents/carers
- Facilitate inclusive learning activities that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with the teaching team, SENCO, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Teaching Assistant in an educational setting
- Demonstrated understanding of the unique needs of students with SEND and the ability to provide effective support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents/carers, and colleagues
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
