We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated TA (with midday duties) based at Derwent Primary School
Full-time permanent contract Monday - Friday 8.45am-3.30pm (31.25 hours a week) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Level 2A point 3 £12.85ph (£24,796 per annum, pro-rata)

Person Specification
• Experience with supporting children in a learning environment
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and empathy in providing for children with additional needs in mainstream education
• A keenness to work closely with colleagues in a nurturing SEN provision on a mainstream school site
• Recent experience in working in the primary classroom
• Some knowledge of phonics
• Good knowledge of parent and report feedback including liaising with SLT and the SENCO
