Basic Salary: £28,000
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor to join our team in South Cumbria, based in the beautiful Grange-over-Sands area.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous sales experience who is passionate about helping customers find their perfect home. You will be the face of our developments, guiding purchasers through every step of the buying process with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming and supporting prospective buyers throughout their journey
Building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service
Managing enquiries, conducting viewings, and following up proactively
Maintaining accurate sales information and presentation standards
Working closely with the site team and regional management
Requirements
Some sales experience (property experience beneficial but not essential)
Full driving licence and access to your own car
Confident communicator with strong people skills
Proactive, organised, and target-driven
