Service Support Officer (Hybrid) needed in Southampton, £13.26ph PAYE - 5289040
Site based however opportunity to work hybrid once fully trained
- To join the housing repairs and adult social care team.
- This is a very busy role mainly telephony taking incoming calls for housing repairs.
- Another role is to work in Millbrook with the reporting team.
- You will be fully trained within the team to take ownership and deliver excellent customer service.
- You will ideally have Customer service / Call centre experience
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis
