Babipur | North Wales | In-house, office-based
Babipur is a family-run, modern e-commerce business working with some brilliant ethical brands across the UK and Europe.
We’re looking for someone sharp, organised, digitally confident, and genuinely personable to join our in-house team in a central role that connects numbers, stock, suppliers, systems, and people.
About the role
This role sits at the heart of Babipur. You’ll help ensure our finances, stock information, ordering, deliveries, and supplier relationships are accurate, joined up, and running smoothly, while providing clear information to support decision-making.
We work with a wide range of partners who work differently to one another, so flexibility and a thoughtful, organised approach really matter.
Why this role is exciting
You’ll have real visibility of how a modern e-commerce business works day to day.
You’ll see what’s selling, what’s slow, what’s late, what’s missing, and what needs fixing.
You’ll work directly with both directors, our suppliers, couriers, and the wider team.
Your work will influence decisions and help shape how we grow.
If you like clarity, momentum, and being trusted to get things right, you’ll enjoy this role.
What you’ll be doing
Accounts & finance
Running QuickBooks day to day
Processing invoices and credit notes
Reconciling supplier accounts
Keeping financial records tidy, accurate, and easy to follow
Stock, reporting & ordering
Creating regular Shopify reports to track how stock is moving
Working confidently with Excel to analyse data and spot patterns
Sending clear weekly summaries to the directors
Spotting slow movers and flagging items for review or sale
Identifying fast sellers and opportunities to grow ranges
Supporting timely ordering and helping place orders
Making sure orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments all line up
Orders, couriers & logistics
Tracking incoming supplier orders
Chasing deliveries when things stall
Liaising with couriers and freight partners
Handling customs queries when needed
Sorting problems calmly and efficiently
Supplier relationships
Building strong, friendly, professional relationships with suppliers
Communicating clearly and confidently in written and spoken English
Understanding that different suppliers work in different ways
Adapting how you work so things run smoothly on our side, even when processes vary
Being patient, practical, and solutions-focused when things aren’t straightforward
Digital & team support
Making sure the team has everything they need from suppliers, including high-resolution images and product information, in good time
Uploading product listings to the website when required
Assisting one of the directors with emails and correspondence
Pitching in with shared team tasks, because that’s how small teams work
Planning & prioritisation
Keeping on top of multiple moving parts at once
Prioritising work so launches, restocks, and deadlines feel calm and well prepared
Staying focused and organised so nothing becomes rushed or reactive
Brand awareness
Having a good understanding of modern websites and social media
Noticing how brands communicate and behave online
Using that insight to support collaborations and partnerships
This role will suit you if you
Are highly organised, focused, and good at prioritising
Enjoy planning ahead and keeping things on track
Are confident with numbers, systems, and data
Are proficient in Excel and comfortable working with reports
Are confident in QuickBooks and at home inside Shopify
Have excellent written and spoken English
Communicate professionally but warmly, never stiff or corporate
Adapt easily to different working styles and situations
Build relationships naturally and effectively
Enjoy being part of a small, busy, hands-on team
This role probably won’t suit you if you
Want a remote or hybrid role
Prefer very fixed job boundaries
Struggle with prioritisation or planning ahead
Are looking for a purely accounts or admin position
