What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a new colleague to join us; a great teaching assistant, HLTA or teacher, a confident classroom practitioner, an enthusiastic team player with high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour. You will be committed to improving standards and ensuring all learners achieve their very best and have the skills to create a stimulating and purposeful learning environment. You will have the skills to deliver great lessons from the planning provided and be able to follow policies including those relating to teaching & learning, marking & feedback and safeguarding. You will have excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to communicate with a wide range of people, including children, their parent/carers and colleagues. You will have a positive attitude, be resilient and hard working with the ability to work on your own initiative while understanding the need to work as part of a cohesive team to secure the best possible learning and teaching for all.
