Crynodeb
The assessment, implementation and evaluation of the agreed standard of nursing care. Provide fundamental and advanced patient care. Ensure that all nursing records and documents are completed accurately, legibly and contemporaneously. Ensure safe discharges. Discharge patients following the nurseled discharge protocol Assist the Ward Manager to ensure all staff is aware of prevention and control of infection.
