Team Leader wanted to work days or nights at Linford grange, Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes.
Cinnabar Support and Living Ltd values their employees, and has a Wellness programme in place to help support staff.
Hours are 12 hours per shift, with 1 hour unpaid break, working 2 shifts a week. This does include weekends on a rota basis
Must have care experience, but support and training would be given to the right candidate. Cinnabar Support and Living is an excellent employer who values their staff.
Job entails - medication administration, supervision of care staff, care plans, monitoring the health needs of the residents, ensure staff are adhering to policies and procedures, and liaising with professionals in the interest of the residents.
Friendly caring nature required, and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.
You will need to be able to demonstrate your commitment to providing good quality care, that is person centred to meet the needs of the residents.
Must be able to deputise for the Home Manager and undertake on call on a rota basis. This role is suitable for a candidate wishing to further their management experience and someone who is committed to delivering high quality, person centred care to residents with a range of disabilities including learning disabilities, autism, mild mental health issues and physical disabilities. Age range includes residents over the age of 18 years up to 65 years.
