Yard Supervisor / Team LeaderLocation: LutonPay: £14.00 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 9.5 hours per dayContract: Temporary to PermanentWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Yard Supervisor / Team Leader to join a busy yard operation based in Luton. This is a hands-on role combining forklift work with team leadership responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Supervising and leading a team of 5 yard operativesLoading, unloading, and moving stock safely and efficientlyOperating a forklift truck (counterbalance)Organising yard activities and workflowEnsuring health & safety procedures are followed at all timesSupporting day-to-day yard operations to meet deadlinesRequirements:Valid forklift licence (essential)Proven forklift and yard experiencePrevious team leader or supervisory experienceStrong communication and organisational skillsReliable, proactive, and able to lead by exampleWhat’s on Offer:£14.00 per hourFull-time, Monday–Friday scheduleTemporary to permanent opportunityStable working hours and supportive team environmentIf you’re an experienced yard operative ready to step into a leadership role, or an established supervisor looking for a new opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
